I have managed to procrastinate for twelve hours straight on my Psychology paper. It's due at 10:30am. I love myself. And here I am, continuing to procrastinate. Have you ever noticed that you get the most things done when you're procrastinating because you're trying to do anything else but the task at hand?

Well, now kinda came a time for me to decide between video games and something else, and I chose something else. I've been into photography for a long time, but I haven't be able to do anything since I don't have the proper equipment. With whatever money I make off of the Xbox and whatever I can save up, I'm buying a Canon EOS 350D (Digital Rebel XT) camera along with three lenses, CF card, etc. I'm looking at about $1200. I feel this is more important to me, and I'm really excited to get it. Hopefully this xbox sells for a lot. I plan on eventually going and getting a 360 again, just not for a while.

In other news, I'm thinking about taking a semester off of school and working on some computer things on my own including Cisco, A+, Photoshop, etc. I'm going to see what I can do about finding proper reading materials for the first two so I can hopefully get certified in one or the other or both. Also, I can work on my photography at this point. I'm excited about doing this, so I suppose it's what's best for me at the moment. I'll figure out living details as I go along. I hope not to have to work full-time as that would hinder my learning, but I'll see what I can do.

Ahh. I've got so much homework to do. Oh well. Long day. I had to make a revised modern art based off of some other modern art for art history. I chose to do "The Cellist" by a guy I can't remember the name of. I redid it as "The Guitarist" using my father. It turned out pretty well. I went to go get it from Walmart's development place and they said they couldn't sell it to me due to the fact that it was a professional photo and it was copyright infringement. After arguing for like five minutes, I finally got her to believe me that it was mine. By that, she just made me fill out a form releasing the photograph to myself. Whatever. I guess it looks decent then.

On a sad note, a girl I worked with at Walmart got into an accident this morning after work and died. Her car flipped after hitting black ice, hit a tree, and burst into flames. It's really sad. I never got to know her at all, but I could tell she was a really nice person. It was an awkward night at work because of that. She worked night shift, so I was there when all of her night shift friends came in and heard the news. She was about my age. Tragedy knows no bounds, I suppose.
